Tonsillitis Sucks

So, it's been forever and a day since I last updated. Sorry ya'll. Between work and cleaning the house, I'm usually too exhausted to sit up in a chair and update shit. I just go recline in a chair and read until I forget about the long day I just had. ;) I'll try and get better about that...But we'll see what really happens. :)

Anyway, so I'm home in Atlanta right now. My original plan was to come back here and have a week of vacation to work on wedding plans. Then my gram had a heart attack so I was going to come down here to work on wedding plans and see her. Then Sean's gram got worse and he asked me to come with him down to FL for emotional support for part of the week, so I'd have 8/3-4 & 8 with my gram and 8/5-7 with his gram and him. Then my gram took a turn for the worse, so I decided to stay here. THEN I got sick, so either way I'd b stuck in Atl. Weds. morning before Sean left to drive to FL with his bro, he took me to the doctor's office because my fever had reached 101.8, and I'd had it for more than 24 hours. So, he sat with me, and called mom for me and had her meet us at the dr's, and then when they told me I had tonsillitis, he took me home while mom went to dop off my Rx and picked up juice for me and he tucked me into bed and got me all comfy until mom got back to take care of me. He's such a good honey. Then, when for whatever reason, my phone wouldn't put through a call to mom, I called Sean and he called her for me (cuz at this point, Sean was in the car on his way down to FL and I was home alone and burning up with a fever and couldn't get out of bed I hurt so much) to tell her to get home asap for me. My hero!

But yeah, so it's now Saturday and I'm no longer contagious, which means I can go out and play with friends today. Yay! Oh! And Tuesday afternoon, before I started feeling really sick, I got my wedding dress!!!! Yay!!! It's PERFECT. Then, Thursday night, since my fever was gone and I was getting bored and restless in bed, mom took Sara Ally and I to David's Bridal so I could pick out Sara Ally's Maid of Honor dress and pick out shoes for my 'maids and make sure that the color I'd chosen for their dresses would match my dress. Which, of course, it does. Wonderful. :)

So now I'm sitting here on my sister's laptop (cuz it's the best one and fastest on the internet in the house) finaly getting around to updating this while I wait for either Katie or Carrie to call me. PLEASE GOD SOMEONE CALL ME! I'm taking Katie to David's Bridal so she can pick out the top for her 'maids outfit and get sizes and all that jazz and put it all down on the order form, and I'm going to keep Carrie company fo a while cuz she's pregnant and Bill's out of town for another week. And I have to show both of them my wedding dress. And probably try it on for them. Cuz I just want to wear it all the time. And I don't think I can wait another...288 days (or 9.5 months, or 42 weeks...however you want to look at it). I'm excited, can you tell? Anyway, I think it's about time for me to go hunt down either Katie or Carrie...cuz I can't wait much longer damnit! Grrrr. Maybe I'll go see Gram while I wait for them. That's a good idea. Cuz when I do David's Bridal with Katie, we're going to Town Center, and Carrie lives out PAST town center, whereas gram is on the other side of town, so gram first, then katie and bridal, then carrie. Just one long line down the road. It's a plan. Catch ya'll later!
